A member of our team can review and take over any conversation at any time, and you can always ask to speak with a person directly.
How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the service providers that help us run our business, including: Meta/WhatsApp Business Platform, which we use to send and receive messages; Google Sheets, where we securely keep a record of conversations and orders for our own order-fulfilment purposes; and OpenAI, which powers the automated responses described above. These providers process information on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
Data Retention
We retain conversation and order records for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfil orders, respond to follow-up questions, and comply with our legal and accounting obligations. You may ask us to delete your information at any time, as described below.

You can stop receiving follow-up or marketing messages from us at any time by replying “STOP” on WhatsApp, or by simply telling us you’d like us to stop. You can ask us what information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, by messaging us on WhatsApp.
